TIP: Dress for your BRAND, not just your job title!

When preparing for a headshot or branding session, many people default to “business professional.” But what actually builds connection and trust is authenticity.

Are you a creative consultant?

A therapist?

A lawyer who wants to appear more approachable than traditional?

Your wardrobe should reflect YOU and what clients can expect when they work with you.

Here’s what I tell my clients:

  • Choose colors that reflect your brand palette (they help build recognition).

  • Avoid overly trendy items that might date your photos quickly. Do you remember the cut-out shoulder?

  • Select outfits that make you feel confident (comfort equals confidence on camera).
